Processing Time: We strive to process and ship your order within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that during peak periods, such as holidays or promotions, processing times may take up to 5-7 business days.

Shipping Options: We offer standard shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. 

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your shipment.  

Delivery Issues: The Body Bakery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

International Shipping: We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand & Australia. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on potential additional fees before placing an order.
